You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under your account.

4. Investor Verification

Investors must be accredited as defined by applicable securities laws. We may require verification of accredited status before granting full platform access.

5. Payments and Refunds

Startup listing fees are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. No refunds for partial months. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the platform to commit fraud, misrepresent your company or credentials, spam users, or violate any applicable laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

VCFund.me is not liable for any investment decisions or outcomes. We are a matchmaking platform only. All investment decisions are made solely between startups and investors.
